Diagnosis
The system was unable to determine the basic charge in thisbilling run.
It can only be determined during the following processes:

  • Periodic billing (01)

  • Final billing (03)

  • Contract change (07)

  • Customer change (08)

    Variant UTILIT81 only provides information on the billing process.Billing still continues.
