Diagnosis Metadata table was accessed with a fully specified key. More than oneentry was found. System Response The program was terminated due to serious data inconsistency. Procedure Ched the entries with key &V2& &V3& &V4& in table &V1&. Procedure for System Administration If there is no data inconsistency, it is possible that the key fortable &V1& was enhanced, but the programs which access this table werenot correspondingly adjusted.
