Diagnosis
Metadata uses the concept of local applications. 'Local' in this sensemeans that the application is installed in an SAP System and the systemname is in the customer namespace.
As messaging BDocs (mBDocs) contain a transport connection, you mustensure that transport of mBDOcs from a local application is prevented.If not, it is possible that BDocs are transported during transportrelease and that these BDocs refer to structures which do not exist inthe target system.

System Response
Generation of mBDocs of application &SYST-MSGV1& is not possible inSAP System &SYST-SYSID&.

Procedure
For test generation of mBDocs, use a customer system or an SAP Systemwhich is configured as a customer system.
