SAP Message BEM_BDOC172 - Structure &1 is not available as active in application &2

Diagnosis Messaging BDocs (mBDocs) of type 'DOC' and 'DLV' reference structureV1 in their data parts. this structure must be generated by theBilling Engine Framework (BEF) during application generation.Generation of structure '&V1&' is coupled to service 'MWC' via thefeature of the same name ('MWC'). This service carries out cross-systemintergration of an application using the distribution mechanismprovided by the Middleware. As this error can only occur if feature 'MWC' is active, one of thefollowing may have caused the problem: Application '&V2&' has not yet been generated There is an error in application generation which has prevented the generation of structure '&V1&'. Procedure If necessary, correct the error in application generation and thenregenerate application '&V2&'.
