Diagnosis
Each application is assigned certain services. Parameters can be storedfor each service that are contained in structures and also in databasetables.
This is not an error, but can indicate incomplete maintenance of serviceparameters.

System Response
It is not necessary to generate a structure for persistent serviceparameters.
