Create an entry in the IMG activity DefineOfficial Document Numbers Per Billing Unit as follows:

• Country: &V2&


• Billing Unit: &V1&


• Document Class: &V3&


• Valid on: &V4&

Then enter the appropriate number group, number range number and anyother information required by theofficial document numberformat.
