Diagnosis
You cannot cancel a billing document if its current intercompanypayables status is Being Transferred or Document Cancelledand Closed.

System Response
The billing document is not cancelled.

Procedure
If the status of the billing document is Being Transferred, waituntil you receive confirmation from ERP that the transfer is complete,then cancel the billing document.
