SAP Message BEA800 - Billing type &1: partner det. proc. not defined, "&2" cannot be displayed

Diagnosis A partner determination procedure has not been defined for billing type"&V1" - this means that there is no partner data for this billing type.Consequently, the system is unable to display any partner data. System Response Tab page "&V2&" is not displayed. Procedure If you do not wish to define a partner determination procedure for thebilling type in question, you do not need to do anything. If, however, the partner determination procedure in billing type &v1&is missing because the necessary information has not been defined forthis billing type in Customizing, then you will have to go intoCustomizing for billing type &v1&, and enterthe information that is missing.
