Diagnosis
You want to run individual billing, but you have also selected specificitems in the billing due list. You cannot do this since individualbilling is run for all of the billing due list items pertaining to aspecific preceding document.

Procedure
Do not select specific items for an individual billing run - only everselect entire preceding documents.
