SAP Message BEA429 - Container name not defined for billing header in application &1

Diagnosis The container name of the billing header in the &v1& application hasnot yet been defined. This is a serious error in the application. The Billing EngineApplication in question is inconsistent and cannot be used. Procedure Contact your system administrator. Procedure for System Administration In Customizing, correct the repository of the Billing Engine Framework,and generate a new Billing Engine Application (activity:Edit Metadata).
