Diagnosis The system could not process item &V2& in transaction &V3& because itstransaction currency &V1& has expired (is not longer a valid currencyunit) and it requires value-based billing. System Response Since the item is relevant for value-based billing, an automaticreplacement of the expired transaction currency by its replacementcurrency during billing is not permitted. Therefore, the system was notable to add this billing due list item to a billing document. Procedure You can do either of the following:
- Manually cancel the corresponding claim.
- Recreate the corresponding claim using a valid currency unit, by means
of a correction claim.
