The system tried to change the transfer status of the billing document(after calling the accounting system). However, the original transferstatus was not Document Being Transferred (if the call wasasynchronous), or Document Not Transferred or DocumentBlocked for Transfer (if the call was syncronous). Therefore, aninconsistency has occurred.
