Cancel a cancellation document or one of its items
Offset an item in a cancellation document when re-transferring data tothe billing due list

System Response
The system does not allow you to perform these activities oncancellation documents.

Procedure
RESET N1
If you wish to logically cancel a cancellation document (or an item ina cancellation document), bill the current versions of the billing duelist items in question.
If an item in a cancellation documents is offset when data isre-transferred to the billing due list, this will result ininconsistent data. In this case, contact your system administrator.
