Diagnosis The system was unable to find the cancellation document forcancellation billing document &V1&. Procedure Check and make sure that billing document &V1& actually is acancellation document. (Menu path: Billing --> Edit BillingDocuments. If it really is a cancellation document, contact your systemadministrator.
