Diagnosis
Unable to create file. This can occur due to the following reasons:

• Unauthorized access to the file system.


• The path where the file is to be created does not exist.

Procedure
Contact your system administrator to receive the necessaryauthorizations. The directory /usr/sap/put/log must be available (forUNIX; NT accordingly).
