The system is refusing to accept your Support Package.

Procedure

• Have you released all repairs?


• Have you confirmed the repairs?


• Have you configured the Transport Management System correctly?

If you have, start the preparatory report again, choosing 'Reset' andthen choosing 'Prepare'. Then upload the files again in the SPAM andreset the status of the SPAM.
