Diagnosis
When agent groups are downloaded, it is not the SAP user name butrather the call center user name maintained in theSAPphone administration user settings that isdownloaded. If no call center user is maintained for an agent, theagent cannot be downloaded.

System Response
The agent group is not downloaded, which means that the whole scenariocannot be downloaded.
