Diagnosis
A rule is generated when agent determination via router is used. Theattributes that are to be used for routing are stored as containerelements in this rule. The scenario that is used for routing waschanged and some of the attributes stored in the rule are no longersupported.

System Response
These attributes are ignored during routing, that is, they do notinfluence agent determination.

Procedure
To remove the attributes from the rule, select the step and call thewizard for maintaining the routing settings. The attributes that are nolonger supported are recognized and deleted.
