The scenario already exists on the server and the database version hasnot been changed since the last download. The list of the address typessupported by the router (set in SAP routing serveradministration) has, however, changed since the last download.During a download, a routing server only ever receives the destinationsand business partner addresses, for example, that have an address typethat it also supports. If a new address type is added, the scenario andthe business partner addresses have to therefore be downloaded again sothat the scenario is current.
