Diagnosis
When a scenario is downloaded, several RFC functions are called todownload the components involved (agent groups, and so on). These callsare framed by two RFC functions for starting and ending the downloadsequence, which guarantees that the download is complete. If thesequence is not ended properly, the objects downloaded cannot be usedin the active routing process. Start and end points are identified by atime stamp.
When the download sequence was ending, a time stamp was used for whichthere is no start point.
