Diagnosis
In the external SAPconnect node or SAPphone server &V1& the supportlevel of the component &V2& was deactivated.
'Support level' is the optimal trace level for the processing ofsupport tasks as viewed by the manufacturer of the external software.For example, with this trace level a manufacturer can include allerrors and all warnings but only the most important informationmessages.
If the support level is deactivated, the trace level set from theexternal software side is active again.
