Diagnosis
The system cannot carry out the desired action because the document hasbeen changed and the changes have not yet been approved or rejected.

System Response
The desired action is not possible with the active document.
The system creates a changeversion. It contains the changes that are transferred to the activedocument after the change version is approved.

Procedure
As long as a change version exists, the desired action cannot be carriedout with the active document. The action becomes possible once thechange version is approved or deleted.
