Diagnosis
The system attempted to read a limit purchase order. The system cameacross limit records assigned to the purchase order header. As ofRelease 4.0, the SRM Server only processes documents with limitrecords at item level.

System Response
(Old) purchase order documents with limit records at header level can nolonger be read. If this is attempted, the transaction terminates.

Procedure
(Old) purchase order documents must be converted (usually as part of asystem upgrade) using the delivered conversion report BBP_LIMIT_XPRA400.Here the limit records are reassigned from header to item level. Thenyou can proceed with processing of the purchase order.
