Diagnosis
A contract was created completely from requirement items. To be able touse the contract as source of supply, you have to release the contract.

Procedure
1. In the LaunchPad, choose Process Contract.
2. Find the number of the contract and choose Change.
3. Check that the contract is free of errors by choosing Check.
4. To make the contract available as source of supply, chooseRelease.
