Diagnosis
You can not delete the shopping cart item because one of the follow-ondocuments below cannot be deleted.

• Local purchase order

Some goods/services have already been confirmed.
An invoice/credit memo has already been entered.
The purchase order is currently in the approval process.
The purchase order was changed again after being approved. Therefore, achange version was created.

• Purchase order for a backend system

Some goods/services have already been confirmed.
An invoice/credit memo has already been entered.

Procedure


• If goods or services have been confirmed or an invoice or credit memo
has been entered, neither the purchase order nor the shopping cart itemcan be deleted.

• If only a change version exists for the purchase order, or the purchase
order is in the approval process, then these transactions must becompleted. Then the purchase order and the shopping cart item can bedeleted.
