Diagnosis
The following criteria apply to the length of the payment referencenumber:
Card category code '71': the length of the payment reference number mustbe 15.
Card category codes '04', '08', '15' and '75': the length of the paymentreference number must be 16.

Procedure
Check the length of the payment reference number for the current cardcategory code.
