Diagnosis You want to add new items to a contract or a scheduling agreement.However, this is not permitted because the document you are working onis a replication of an E-Sourcing master agreement. To avoid datainconsistency, you can add new items only in the correspondingE-Sourcing master agreement. System Response The system terminates processing and does not copy the new items to thecontract or scheduling agreement. Procedure If you do not want to add new items to the contract or schedulingagreement, remove the new item data from the document and startprocessing again. If you want to add new items to the contract or scheduling agreement,change the E-Sourcing master agreement accordingly. See the documentheader data for information about the ID of the corresponding masteragreement. When you publish the E-Sourcing master agreement, the newitems are copied to the ERP contract or scheduling agreement. |
