Diagnosis
User &V3& may run EBP application &V1&. However, attributeEXT_ITS is not defined for the position S &V4& assigned to him.
This attribute shows the ITS server for an external business partner(bidder or vendor), for example, an ITS server behind the firewall.

System Response
User &V3& (position S &V4&) cannot run EBP application &V1& without encountering errors.

Procedure
Start Transaction PPOMA_BBP and select the Attributestab. Select position S &V4& (or a higher-level department) of user &V3&and enter the Web address in attribute EXT_ITS.
