Diagnosis
User &V3& may run EBP application &V1&. However, attributePRO is not defined for the position S &V4& assigned to him.
This attribute defines the WBS element. The work breakdown structure(WBS) forms the hierarchical organizational structure of an R/3project. WBS elements are the individual structure elements of the workbreakdown structure.

System Response
In the EBP browser system, when user &V3& (position S &V4&) runs theEBP application &V1&, there is no dropdown list box for theaccount assignment object WBS element. The user must enter theobject in plain text.

Procedure
Start Transaction PPOMA_BBP and select the Attributestab. Select position S &V4& (or a higher-level department) of user &V3&and enter the WBS element in attribute PRO.
Enter at least one WBS element and designate it as the default value.
Prerequisites:

• You have already defined the key for the corresponding account
assignment category WBS element (WBS) in Customizing.

• You have already entered the key for the corresponding account WBS
element (WBS) in attribute KNT.
Examples of values for attribute PRO:

• ABCCLNT123\3001 - user &V3& receives default value 3001
for account assignment of documents that are assigned to backend systemABCCLNT123.

• ABCCLNT123\ - user &V3& may only enter account assignment for
documents that are assigned to the backend system ABCCLNT123. Hemust enter the WBS element in application &V1& in plain text.
