Diagnosis
User &V3& may run EBP application &V1&. However, attributeNET is not defined for the position S &V4& assigned to him.
This attribute defines the network in the backend system and serves asa default value for the account assignment of EBP documents.

System Response
In the EBP browser system, when user &V3& (position S &V4&) runs theEBP application &V1&, there is no dropdown list box for theaccount assignment object network. The user must enter theobject in plain text.

Procedure
Start Transaction PPOMA_BBP and select the Attributestab. Select position S &V4& (or a higher-level department) of user &V3&and enter the network in attribute NET.
Enter at least one network and designate it as the default value.
Prerequisites:

• You have already defined the key for the corresponding account
assignment category Network (NET) in Customizing.

• You have already entered the key for the corresponding account
Network (NET) in attribute KNT.
Examples of values for attribute NET:

• ABCCLNT123\000000600003 - user &V3& receives default value
000000600003 for account assignment of documents that areassigned to backend system ABCCLNT123.

• ABCCLNT123\ - user &V3& may only enter account assignment for
documents that are assigned to the backend system ABCCLNT123. Hemust enter the network in application &V1& in plain text.
