Diagnosis
User &V3& may run EBP application &V1&. However, attributePM_IPHAS is not defined for the position S &V4& assigned to him.
This attribute defines thephase of an order. Phasessplit the life cycle of an order into several sections (for example,open and released) and they determine which activities are allowed withthe order in the relevant sections.
Attribute PM_IPHAS is used with the selection of orders in the backendsystem.

System Response
User &V3& (position S &V4&) cannot run EBP application &V1& without encountering errors.

Procedure
Start Transaction PPOMA_BBP and select the Attributestab. Select position S &V4& (or a higher-level department) of user &V3&and enter the assigned order phase in attribute PM_IPHAS.
