Diagnosis
User &V3& may run EBP application &V1&. However, attributeSYS is not defined for the position S &V4& assigned to him.
This attribute specifies the names of the available systems to besearched when purchase orders are made. The attribute is used togenerate worklists for employees who create confirmations or invoicescentrally. The attribute can refer to both the local system and backendsystems. Usually, several values are defined: the local systems andvarious backend systems.
(In the case of a vendor, the system names are determined by theattribute VENDOR_SYS).

System Response
User &V3& (position S &V4&) cannot run EBP application &V1& without encountering errors.

Procedure
In Transaction PPOMA_BBP, select the Attributes tab. Select thecompany for user &V3& and enter the key for those systems relevant forEBP documents in attribute SYS.
