SAP Message BBP_ATTR_CHECK101 - Application '&1': Define the attribute BSA

&CAUSE&
The user &V3& may run SAP Enterprise Buyer application &V1&
. However, attribute BSA is not defined for the position SV4 assigned to him/her.
This attribute defines the transaction type for follow-on documents of shopping carts in the relevant system.(See also: purchasing documenttype in the R/3 System). This value is required so that follow-ondocuments (for example purchase orders) can be created.

System Response
The user &V3& (position S &V4&) cannot use the application SAPEnterprise Buyer &V1& properly.

Procedure
Call up transaction PPOMA_BBP and select theAttributes tab. Select position S &V4& (or a higher-levelorganizational unit) and enter the key for the transaction type and therelated backend system in attribute BSA. The system name is placedbefore the transaction type abbreviation, separated by a '\'.
Prerequisites:

  • You have defined the relevant transaction type in Customizing. See path
  • in Implementation Guide (IMG): Supplier Relationship Management ->SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Define TransactionTypes.
    • You have defined the relevant backend transaction type in your R/3
    • System as purchasing document type See path in the R/3Implementation Guide (IMG): Materials Management -> Purchasing ->Purchase Order (or Purchase Requisition) -> Configure Document Types.
