Diagnosis
The user has the authorizations of a purchaser but is not assigned to apurchasing organization.

Procedure
Assign the selected user to a purchasing organization. To do this,select an organizational unit on level above the user and flag theproperty 'Purchasing organization' on the 'Function' tab.
