Diagnosis
Module DDIF_TABLE_ACTIVATE has supplied value "4" in the RC parameter.This means that structure & can be activated with warnings.

Procedure
Go to the Dictionary and check the log for the structure (transactionSE12 - Structure & - Tools - Activation log).
