Diagnosis
You set both the WBS_ELEM field and the WBS_ELEMENT field of theINVESTACCTASSIGNMNTX parameter.
However, the WBS element to be transferred to the asset master recordcan only be transferred in either formatted or unformatted form.

The asset is not created or changed.

Procedure
When calling the BAPI, remove the setting for either theINVESTACCTASSIGNMNTX-WBS_ELEM field or theINVESTACCTASSIGNMNTX-WBS_ELEMENT field.
