Diagnosis
The composition of files in the new session did not change during theILM file conversion of archiving session &V1&. This is because the rulesin Information Retention Manager did not result in any new assignmentsbetween data objects and archive files.

System Response
The status of the previous archiving session is not changed to"Replaced". All the archive files and archive management data for thenew archiving session are deleted automatically because these are onlycopies of the converted session.

Procedure
Check the rules in Information Retention Manger and change these so thatthey can be applied to the data objects for archiving session &V1&.
