An error occurred during the deletion of one of the retrieved files orthe corresponding management data.

System Response
The file or the management data will not be deleted.

Procedure
Check the files and the entries for file name/logical path in archivemanagement. You also have the option to delete the retrieved files andthe entries for file name/logical path, manually.
