SAP Message BA186 - Archive file &1 has not yet been stored in storage system

Diagnosis Under Techinical settings in Customizing for archiving objectV2,the sequence 'storage before deletion' has been defined.Consequently, the deletion program cannot edit the archive file &V1&before it has been stored in the storage system. Procedure Store the archive file &V1& in the connected storage system. If nostorage system is connected to your SAP System, adjust the Customizingfor archiving object &V2& accordingly.
