Diagnosis
Only one segment version can be released for every release. For thecurrent release &V1&, version &V2& of the segment &V3& has already beenreleased. This change therefore cannot be made.

Procedure
Cancel the release of the version. Make the required change in thesegment &V3&. Then rerelease the segment version.
Note that if the released segment version has been delivered tocustomers, do not cancel the release.
