Diagnosis

There are two possible reasons:
The worklist was already released.
The worklist is being processed by another user at this time.

System Response
The worklist is not changed.

Procedure
Check the worklist.
If the worklist was already released, then it cannot be changed.
If the worklist is being processed by another user at this time, tryagain later.
