Diagnosis
The settlement rule already contains distribution rules that havesettlement type "full settlement" and a percentage rate.

System Response
You cannot create any assets using the selected function. If youcreated these assets, distribution rules would automatically beincluded in the existing settlement rule. However, these automaticallycreated distribution rules have settlement type "full settlement" andan equivalence number. If these distribution rules were included, theexisting settlement rule would no longer be correct.

Procedure
Do one of the following:
Create the desired assets from the Asset Accounting menu, and enterthem manually in the settlement rule.
Enter equivalence numbers, rather than percentage rates, in theexisting distribution rules that have settlement type "fullsettlement."
