Diagnosis
You want to delete the asset under construction &V2& &V3& for a WBSelement/order in company code &V1&. This deletion is not allowedby the system.

Procedure
Check the asset under construction using the asset master datatransaction or from the WBS element/order (via Details/Environment -->AuC). Probably the capitalization date of the asset under constructionwas set by accident. Take back the capitalization date, and carryout the deletion again.
