Diagnosis
You have selected line items for retirement from an asset underconstruction that belongs to an investment measure. These line itemshave not yet been settled to the asset under construction.
The system only allows you to retire line items that have alreadybeen capitalized to an asset under construction.

Procedure
Deselect the line items, or carry out a periodic settlement before theretirement.
