Diagnosis
The write program does not have data for archiving. Possible reasons forthis are:
The preprocessing program has not been restarted since the last run.
For the period entered in the preprocessing program there is no data inthe database that can be archived.

Procedure
Run the preprocessing program before starting the write program.
