Diagnosis
You want to compute subtotals for the numeric values of your table andselected columns for which the subtotals should be computed. Thesecolumns must first be sorted.

Procedure
If you want to compute subtotals for a certain field, you must firstsort the table by this field. After sorting, select the field or columnagain. You can then compute the sums.
