Diagnosis
You tried to go to the 'Control Levels' screen although you did not yetchoose sorting in the basic list. In this case this screen ismeaningless.

Procedure
First define the fields to be used for sorting in the 'Basic List LineStructure' screen. You can then go to the 'Control Levels' screen.
