You want to change the packet for a query that belongs to a temporarypacket. It is only useful to change to a non-temporary packet if theassigned functional area and the corresponding user group also belongto a non-temporary packet. This is not the case here.

Procedure
Do not change to a non-temporary packet. This might lead toinconsistencies in the query datasets in subsequent systems. In thiscase, for example, you might transport a query, but not thecorersponding functional area or user group.
