Diagnosis
You tried to rename a query in the global query area. All the query-objects in this area belong to a packet. The system recognizes the newname that you specified for the query, because the name has been usedbefore. The query was created previously in a non-temporary packet.
When you rename the query, the system attempts to copy the query from atemporary packet into a non-temporary packet. This is possible only ifthe assigned functional area and the assigned user group also belong toa non-temporary packet. This is not the case here.

Procedure
Select a different name for the query to be renamed.
