Diagnosis
The page header and page footer have input areas in which you can entertext.
You want to enter a new line in one of these areas with the function'Insert line' or delete a line with the function 'Delete line'. Thecursor must be in an input area.

Procedure
Place the cursor on a line in one of the input areas. The new line isinserted after this line (function 'Insert line') or this line isdeleted (function 'Delete line').
